Telos Adds Commerce Department Watchdog to Growing Xacta Customer Base

The new federal contract extends adoption of the company’s cyber risk and compliance platform across civilian, defense and intelligence agencies.

Telos Corporation (NASDAQ: TLS) has added another federal agency to its Xacta customer base, winning a new 12-month contract with the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of Inspector General.

Commerce OIG will use the company’s FedRAMP High-authorized Xacta platform to automate cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance work and support federal FISMA requirements. The deployment includes three products:

  • Xacta 360, for managing the NIST Risk Management Framework
  • Xacta.io, for continuous monitoring and remediation tracking
  • Xacta.ai, for tasks including evidence analysis and compliance documentation

The award follows recent Xacta wins supporting the Department of Health and Human Services, the National Archives and Records Administration, the Office of Naval Intelligence and the Air Force Intelligence Community. Together, those contracts extend the platform across civilian, defense and intelligence agencies as federal cybersecurity teams manage increasingly complex compliance requirements.

Telos is turning decades of federal cybersecurity experience into a software platform that automates more of that work, and Commerce OIG is the latest agency to adopt it.
