Itron to Acquire Locusview in $525 Million Deal
Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI), a global leader in innovative solutions for managing energy and water, has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Locusview, Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Locusview, a privately held software and services company specializing in utility-focused solutions, operates in both the United States and Israel. The acquisition, valued at $525 million, will be funded through Itron’s cash reserves and is expected to close in January 2026.
