SKYX and Deako to Supply More Than 80,000 Smart-Home Technology Units for Maronda Homes Projects

Deliveries are expected in 2027 for more than 1,000 homes across several states, including Ohio, Georgia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania
SKYX Platforms Corp. (NASDAQ: SKYX) and its subsidiary Deako announced plans to supply more than 80,000 units of plug-and-play and smart-home technologies for more than 1,000 Maronda Homes residences. The program expands the companies’ builder-market activity, with deliveries expected in 2027 across projects in several states.
Maronda Homes is a privately held, family-owned home builder founded in 1972 by William J. Wolf. The company has built more than 70,000 homes and currently develops homes and communities across 11 states, including Florida, Ohio, Georgia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
The planned deployment will incorporate SKYX and Deako technologies into new homes, supporting a smart-home foundation that homeowners can expand over time. Maronda offers a Certified Energy Efficient package designed to combine everyday comfort with smart-home technology, although electrical and smart-home package features may vary by market, community, and individual home.
Derek Richardson, founder and CEO of Deako, described the Maronda program as a model the company could apply to other builder relationships. “Every new Maronda home in these communities starts with a smart home foundation that is simple for the builder to deliver and easy for the homeowner to grow,” Richardson said.
For SKYX, the announcement represents an additional deployment program through its Deako subsidiary. Founder and Executive Chairman Rani Kohen said the company expects to continue expanding its builder programs as it works to increase adoption of its plug-and-play and smart-home technologies.
SKYX reports more than 120 patents and pending applications globally and operates more than 60 lighting and home décor websites. The Maronda program adds a defined unit volume and anticipated delivery period to its builder-market plans, though the release does not disclose financial terms, the product mix, or expected revenue. The announced deliveries remain prospective, with fulfillment expected in 2027.
